BASIC CAKES AND ICINGS - This course is a must for baking professionals and aficionados who want to bring their baking skills to the next level and gain the advantage over their competitors. The cakes are Chocolate Moist Cake with Fudge Frosting, Butter Cake with Butter Icing, Mocha Chiffon Cake with No-Melt Butter Icing, Lemon Chiffon Cake with Boiled Icing, and Sponge Cake with Whipped Cream Icing. Class starts at 9:30 am, resumes at 1:30 PM. Php 850.

FONDANT ICING AND DECORATING COURSE - Learn how to make a flawless and crack-less fondant icing covered cake. This advance course covers Ruffles, Ribbon Insertion, Over-piped Border, Intricate Embroidery Work, Fondant Pleats, and the Australian and South African Fondant Method among others. Students will be required to bake and decorate a real fondant cake. This is a hands-on class.  Class starts at 9:30 am, resumes at 1:30. Php. 8,000.

 

 

 

Sept. 4, 5, 11, and 12, 2010

 

 

CAKE DECORATING COURSE- All the techniques in cake decorating using the piping bag is taught in this course. From the basic Shell, Reverse Shell, Drop Strings, Basket weave Designs, Ruffles, Zigzag, Scroll, to the very intricate Lattice and other string works.  We will teach you all the strokes that you need to decorate Birthday, Debut, and Wedding Cakes. This is the same module that produce us winners in cake decorating contests, including a national champion and runner-up. This is a hands-on class. Class starts at 9:30 am, resumes at 1:30 pm for 4 days. Php 5,000.
