Gerardo’s School of Culinary Arts and Cake Decorating is now offering hands-on exclusive training for individuals or groups who want to raise their skills to the next level.

In February last year, Chef Gerry held a baking demo in Ormoc City and another training session in Puerto Princessa City exclusive also to a cake shop (Cakes MD).
“One has to invest in know-how in order to gain the advantage in this very competitive world instead of just buying those expensive equipments and tools. What happens to those people who focus more in hiring knowledgeable employees and buying equipments and tools is that they become very dependent to those employees, if those employees will ask for very exorbitant salaries they will be forced to grant it at the expense of their business profitability”, commented Chef Gerry during the training session.
